Terms and Conditions

The Vendor hereby acknowledges that the Vendor has entered into agreement with MJD Health & Wellness, to take part in the MJD Health & Wellness Fair, Saturday, November 7th, 2026.

The Vendor understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for:

Setting up and breaking down of their booth
Packing and taking away all personal and commercial tent, table, and chair
Obtaining general liability insurance, business license, and health permit
Following and understanding the standards of the Miami-Dade Health Department

The Vendor agrees to protect, indemnify, save and keep harmless MJD Wellness against any and all claims, loss, cost, damage or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or from:

Any accident or occurrence in or at the event premises
The sale of any goods or services
Any negligent act or omission of Licensee, its employees, servants, agents or invitees

Note: The event will be outdoors. Your organization is responsible to bring your own tent, tables and chairs unless you selected the tent rental option.
