Each amount of work we’re involved in, we give priority to vendors who are interested in giving to or partnering with MJD Wellness and Community center Inc.

October 6- Award Ceremony Gala

A day of recognition and honor for the saviors who have toiled their days and nights in bringing comfort to those suffering from cancer, HIV, covid, STD, and more. MJD will be awarding the partners, leaders, and friends who are with us in this timeless virtue for the past 7 years. This event is a commemoration of the 7th annual health & wellness fair. There will be amazing promotional material and projected live to screen informative data at the event. The event will end with a life band. 

October 7- Health & Wellness Conference

To equip medical students, health care professionals, and the local community in gaining profound knowledge about wellbeing, MJD will be hosting a health & wellness conference on October 7th. Networking of intellectual people will be an added bonus for each person attending the event. The conference will focus on chronic disease, cancer, HIV, mammography, and behavioral health. There will be vendor access for people to exhibit their promotional material as well. 

October 8- Consultation Day

MJD will extend its support and consultation to help people gain knowledge about their health and wellbeing. There will be seamless access to healthcare providers, insurance companies, social services, yoga, food distribution, and much more. The screening will be done for all patients who will attend the event and will be rendered proper assistance and support. In case of further treatment and care, MJD will refer the patient to a licensed partner for follow-up.

Diamond Package for Doctor’s Office only, no insurance company agents or insurance material

• 1 day for $1200.00
• 2 tables 10X15, 4 chairs, access to mobile screening on-site (truck or van).
• Presentation on stage
• Snacks for 3 staff members
• Certificate of Appreciation
• Organization logo on all of our promotional material for 1 month only on social media
• 2 tickets for October 6, 2022 (if you choose 2 days package)

Tent Pricing 

All tent pricing listed below is for 7-foot high tents. If you would like a 9-foot high tent, please add 10% to the stated pricing. 

• Please provide a copy of: health permit/certificate, business license
• Proof of insurance with submission 
• The permit must be displayed at the event 
• Vendor must bring own sink, hose and arrange hot water 

Food vendors
